Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Gift tags.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
